Hotel il sereno
Il Sereno has been built on the shores of Italy’s Lake Como on an existing Darsena. It is situated on the edge of a cliff in a quiet and secluded Como town called Torno, surrounded by peaceful views of Lake’s Como natural beauty, lush gardens and idyllic small towns, Il Sereno’s location stretches approximately 140 meters along the lake’s eastern shore.
Construction of a 5-star luxury hotel, designed by famed Spanish-born, Milan-based Patricia Urquiola.
Obtainment of the Certification for Soundproofing and thermal Insulation (Class A for CasaClima rating) – testing and commissioning conducted upon work completion.
